Meet Courtney Roman, M.S.W.
Therapist for Adolescents & Women
Welcome! I’m Courtney Roman, a therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work. I specialize in working with adolescents and women who are navigating depression, women’s health concerns, relationship challenges, and the pursuit of a more balanced, fulfilling life.
My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey. Whether we’re working on building healthier relationships, improving self-care routines, or simply creating space to breathe and reflect, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me enjoying life with my husband and our energetic 8-year-old son. I’m an avid reader and love being outdoors whenever I get the chance.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth,
I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Meet Sarah Delaney, M.S.W.
Therapist Specializing in Geriatric Mental Health
Hello, I’m Sarah Delaney, a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work and a deep passion for supporting older adults through life’s transitions. I specialize in geriatric therapy, working with elderly clients who may be facing challenges related to aging, grief and loss, cognitive changes, caregiver stress, and emotional well-being.
With a warm and respectful approach, I provide a space where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered to find strength in their experiences. My work is grounded in helping older adults maintain dignity, connection, and a sense of purpose—no matter their stage of life.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy hiking local trails and capturing nature through photography. Whether I’m trekking through the woods or framing a quiet moment through my lens, I find joy and renewal in the outdoors. If you or a loved one are navigating the complexities of aging and looking for compassionate support, I’m here to help.
